Examining the urban ecology in Eindhoven, during their light and art festival, GLOW, Teatro del Mondo focuses on the interaction between nature, culture, and architecture. Considering light as the main material and medium, this interactive installation engaged the urban dwellers in a cultural theater.

Set in a semi-enclosed urban space, this large-scale installation employs light, sound, water vapor, fabric, universal modular scaffolding, and  in sync with the natural climatic rhythms to produce an urban situation.

In the theater of the world the distinction between architecture, audience and actor is blurred. Everyone plays a part in Teatro del Mondo.  More than a million people visited and participated, during the nine day festival.
