Everyday Restoration
Renovation of a Home, Ireland:
This partial renovation focused on the social heart of an Irish home, entrance, kitchen, dining, and living areas, where daily life unfolds and shared rhythms are formed.
Rather than dramatic gestures, the design worked through subtle shifts in light, materiality, and spatial flow to transform how the home feels moment to moment. Natural references and sensory balance anchor the interior, creating spaces that encourage gathering without noise, openness without exposure, comfort without excess.
The result is calm, grounded, and welcoming, a domestic environment that supports everyday rituals, social connection, and a more conscious relationship between inhabitants and their home.
Although developed remotely, the process remained attentive to how these spaces are actually lived. Biophilic and wellbeing principles quietly shaped an atmosphere that restores rather than performs.
A home that feels like arrival, every single day.
